Jo and his company gave us a real helping hand at an affordable price (better than everyone else by far) and were quick and professional about it. Their timeline on getting the job done was almost unbelievable compared to the competition but they got it done and weeks before the competition was even able to offer. Our experience with Floor Coverings International exceeded expectations. Veteran-owned/operated, Floor Coverings dispatched a sales representative to our place on a Sunday morning. The rep, a retired Navy Chief Petty Officer, was friendly & cheerful, quick to size up our needs. Rather than invite us to their store, they brought the store for us. The Chief presented pictures and brought in samples from his van, parked just out front. This customer focus ensured that there were no oversights or misunderstandings. Scarcely a week later, a team of subcontracted, professional installers: -- arrived on time (a few minutes early, actually); -- lifted/moved the heavy items from the rooms to be carpeted; -- removed the old carpeting/padding and took it away; -- installed the new carpets & padding precisely and without error; -- moved the heavy items back into the newly-carpeted rooms; -- cleaned up all residue, and were on their way. They did the job promptly, efficiently and without taking a break. Sometime afterward, the Chief stopped by to follow up and ensure we were happy. Needless to say, we're delighted with the results. Very professional. Got my floors done the very same week. Install crew were polite, arrived on time and provided excellent service. I didn’t have to lift a finger, they moved furniture and cleaned up once completed. Owner Josiah visited during install and after install ensuring client satisfaction. The office team followed up after work was complete to address and questions or concerns. Highly recommended
