Max’s approach to customer service and support is unparalleled! Beyond the sales and selection process, his responsiveness to our questions was high priority and he provided quick answers. When the installation team arrived, the color of the carpet did not appear to be what we ordered. Max left a meeting that he was attending to come to our home to address our concerns quickly. It turned out that it was the correct carpet - the color just looked different in the moment that we were asked to confirm it, as it was being removed from the truck in the direct sunlight! 😆 The installation team was first rate and totally respectful of our home and us. FCI will be my “go-to” company for carpet in future.

They came out and samples the flooring in home to give you a realistic view of the colors and space so your confidence level is where it needs to be to move forward. We shopped around the the price point was better than any local brand. The flooring we purchased was exactly what we were looking for and the quality has stood up to the test of our newly remodeled space. We feel we made the best decision with the best price point within our budget. We couldn’t be happier!

Love our flooring and the install experience was great. Carpet is so plus we love the grey. Installers were very friendly and caring of our home. They cleaned up after their job and very friendly. Enjoyed dealing with Matt and Erica. Made sure each of my questions and request were answered quickly. Impressive team!

The consultation with Erica was helpful in picking the right carpet for our home. Alex and his crew did a superb job… not one thing was damaged or scratched in our home and the carpets were installed beautifully. Everything was cleaned up before they left at the end of the day. They are meticulous, very hard workers!

Very professional. I had one week to get my new carpet installed before guests were staying at my home after a water heater accident ruined the upstairs of my house. Max and his team got the carpet installation completed before my guests arrived. I had hard surface floors installed in 2 other rooms on a different day. The installer was outstanding! Both jobs well done!

I am very happy with the new flooring on my enclosed front porch and bathroom. They look beautiful! One little problem with the molding in the bathroom but they came back out at my convenience and fixed it in no time. This is my second time using Floor Coverings international.The first time was in 2020 for my kitchen and enclosed back porch. That's why I called them back this time. They do a great job!
