Floor Coverings International did a great job installing 2200 sf of Shaw vinyl flooring. They did some floor preparation to fill chips in concrete slab and leveled out some areas. A thick visqueen barrier was laid over the slab to prevent moisture penetration thru the slab. I was on vacation when the install was done and Traci sent me progress photos each day.

I highly recommend International Floor Coverings. I had to repair a house that was damaged in the hurricanes of 2024, and had a fairly large flooring job. I got 3 quotes from local and national companies. Shona Holden and her team were a step above the rest. At the sales visit, they had materials to educate us about the products we were considering for our floors. Their proposed materials were better than the other contractors, both in quality and beauty. In addition, they are more than just a flooring company. They have an eye for design, made many helpful suggestions, and included key finishing details that turned out beautifully. They were able to expedite our job based on our needs. With the different floors and demolition, three different crews did the demo/install. Each of them were timely, professional, polite, neat and skilled, and the process worked seamlessly. We have no issues with the floors, they are beautiful. If I ever need to do a project like this again, I will certainly call Shona and her team.

I am not one to write reviews but in this case Floor Coverings deserves all the accolades possible as the carpet they installed is the softest feeling carpet I've ever had and the padding makes it feel like you are walking on air as I've never experienced something so comfortable! Also, they were great from beginning to end. Thank you Floor Coverings!!!

Very good experience with Floor Coverings International. I’m in Michigan and had to replace my floors in Florida. Bill made the process easy and his people did an excellent job. I haven’t seen the work but my brother checked everything and was pleased with their work

This is the second time we have used this company with Bill Hess the president of the company. Bill is always helpful with ideas and recommendations. We are extremely pleased with all the work in installing wood flooring for all our bedrooms a few years ago to just recent. Bill’s right hand lead installer, Bryan, is terrific. He does a fabulous job and ensures staff are working according to his expectations. Bryan has been with Bill 15years plus. I highly recommend Bill Hess and his company for your flooring desires and needs.
