John was at my house promptly, did a full review of what I wanted, gave me options and promised a quote by Monday. I was excited because I am pricing a lot of repairs and the floors are a very important piece to it. Late Monday, I texted to see if I was getting the quote. I could see he read it but did not respond. I texted again, he profusely apologized and said he would send it in an hour. He did notify me that he sent it but when I texted it hadn't been received, I again saw that he read the text but did not respond. The following morning I called him and, with many apologies, said I would have it in an hour. Later that day, I texted to say that I was not comfortable having to chase him for this quote, that I was interested in so he can send it when he wants. Again, he read the text and did not respond. My theory is that the job was too small for him to quote--maybe complete installations are more worth their time. But all he had to do is tell me that and I would have understood. What he did do is not only waste his own time, but mine as well.

Floor Coverings International have been awesome from beginning to end. Communication A+ … Timely A+ … Installation A+ …. We have absolutely no complaints. Lisa, John, Brian and Jeremy were all very professional and accommodating. Would highly recommend. And we love our floors.

Things went sideways on the first day of our install but John and his staff went above and beyond to keep us happy and get the job done. I can honestly say I have never known a business owner to be as considerate with letting us know what was going on and how they were addressing the issue. I would 100 percent have them install any other flooring we needed done.

The owner is extremely unprofessional and has no background in the building trade. Estimates and scope of work are lacking due to this problem.

Lisa spent a lot of time with me, showing me samples and answering questions. She is knowledgeable, and made me comfortable choosing this company. The job took 6 hours from start to finish. I have 4 large chests of drawers, a hutch, a giant dining table, and a piano. They moved all of that, plus the couch, love seat, heavy lift chair, refrigerator, and stove. I had the living room, dining room, kitchen, and hallway done with luxury vinyl plank. It was previously carpet, with those squares of cheap vinyl in the kitchen. With all the furniture they had to move, the workers kept smiles on their faces and were very friendly. It looks amazing, and I’m so happy with the job!

Great estimate, pricing, scheduling - lots of questions to Brian and all were answered to prepare for install. The installation team was AMAZING. My floors look fabulous

Flooring is beautiful. Workers did a good job. We were quoted one price and had to pay more because sales rep didn’t think about since our house was built on a concrete slab that wood floor may have problems coming up which it did . Costing us more . After we complained we were told that they did not charge us for moving furniture which we asked if that was included in price and were told yes and they forgot to charge us taxes . How was that our problem?? To start , the quote we got was several thousand more then our other companies quote. We decided to go with this company because we felt more comfortable with them until the end. Sales rep did apologize but did not make up for extra money we had to pay due to unforeseen problems with sub flooring(that was in the contract) Moral of the story is , read the contract thoroughly before signing!
