The flooring company turned up as scheduled to give an estimate. The installers also turned up on time. Why am I making such a big deal about timing, maybe I am just tired of on time arrival not being a thing anymore. The installers were professional , nice and worked hard to complete the project in what appeared to be an appropriate time frame. They cleaned up after themselves and were genuinely interested that I as the owner was pleased with the result. I will be interested to see how long this carpet lasts, only time will tell, no reason to suspect at this point that longevity will be an issue. I would work with this company again.

1000 stars! I cannot recommend Bertha at Floor Coverings International highly enough! From start to finish, her customer service was absolutely exceptional. She is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to truly listen to my needs and concerns. As someone who can be a very stubborn and particular client, I genuinely appreciated her patience and professionalism throughout the entire process. Bertha offered thoughtful advice when needed, but never pushed, she respected my preferences while guiding me with her expertise. Her use of top-notch technology made the entire experience seamless and convenient. I didn’t have to run around from store to store, she brought the showroom to me, which lifted such a huge burden off my shoulders. When it came time for installation, there was a miscalculation in the flooring amount. Bertha immediately owned the mistake and took swift action to make it right. That kind of integrity and accountability is rare and speaks volumes about her character and commitment to her clients. I would like to put 5 stats but am unable due to the many times the company scheduled time changed for installment of our floors and carpet. When we requested a certain date, a earlier one was picked by the company and then not all of the order came in pushing back the finish date. This also caused shifts and changes in all the other things going on with work being done to the house at the same time. The men did work very hard and with difficult flooring and over all it looks pretty good. A few quirks that I did not see during the final walk through...but not bad.

Bertha and her team were great to work with! They truly care about their work and the client’s happiness. This was our second project with them. For our first project, they installed carpet on the entire downstairs and now for our second, they just refinished our wood floors on top floor. They managed any issues that came up with integrity and swiftness. We’re so happy with the outcomes and so glad to have found them!

Bertha and her team are truly five star! This is the second time I have used her and her company for full carpet installation in homes between 3000 and 5000 ft.² with multiple stairs, hallways, landings, and curves. Not only are they prompt and on time for their appointments, but also the materials were on time, and the installation was perfect. The selection of flooring, colors, fabrics, and materials/finished were brought to me and my clients so that there’s no hunting around for them to do anything. Bertha brings everything to us. And that is the true definition of good service at a great price. She’s very communicative, gives wonderful options and is incredibly pleasant. I will always recommend Floor Coverings International with Bertha Sanchez as my representative.

We had a great experience working with Bertha on our existing hardwood floor refinishing. Our floors had the typical orange looking stain which really dated the home and limited our decor options. Bertha and team brought out the floors natural grain and beauty and used a clear finish. Bertha did a great job explaining the process to us and delivered on time and within budget.
