I really appreciated Rick helping us figure out more than our flooring needs in our bathrooms, but how to better build our mat layout in our martial arts school. He took time out of his day to help with the physical labor of this process. Nobody else would've done that for a client. Thank you!

We called up Rick at Floor Coverings Int'l because we needed 2000 sq feet of carpet. He was a real straight-shooter with prices--gave us options to get the most for our budget. And never pushy on sales, which I appreciate. He and his team were very fast to respond to our questions, and when i noticed a floor outlet got carpeted-over, the guys came out and fixed it promptly. The new carpet looks amazing! Will go to Floor Coverings Int'l again the next time we need flooring.

I'm very impressed about the immediate response and willingness to help with a project that was requested less than a 24 hour notice. They truly care about the work they do and the care for their customers. I wish I was in contact with the company sooner to get the work done that is needed for my home sooner and will be keeping their contact for sure.

Floor will have to get use too. Not exactly what I thought. Took a while to complete. The installers were good and timely. Small Veteran owned business that is why I went with them. Carpet is super thick. The engineered wood floors are different.

Rick and his team were amazing from start to finish. They went above and beyond to take care of our new home and even put finishing touches on that made the place look incredible. They were concerned with "making us whole" after a different contractor did a poor job of installing floors, took our money, and failed to follow up with the proper fixes. Not only did Rick and his point man Chris fix the old mistakes, but they ensured that our house felt like a home we would be proud to come back to. They fixed things they did not have to! THIS COMPANY IS WORTH EVERY PENNY SPENT!

More than a floor company. They go out of their way to provide a great product, service and ongoing support. A tile guy spilled product on our new carpet. We ask Rick to see about replacing the damaged area. He was able to identify and remedy the issue without need to replace. He saved the day! Will use them again.

I had a wonderful time working with this company. Rick was lovely, he was running a bit behind from a previous appointment, but the office called ahead to let me know. They worked with me and my budget to make sure I had the perfect balance between something that lasts, but wouldn’t break the bank. He only provided high-quality products (and those made in the USA!) We used awesome tech to be able to visualize how certain floors would look against the wall- very helpful as I am not good at visualizing in my head. As for installation, the gentlemen were on time and extremely efficient. I was shocked that they got everything done in 3 hours flat! They were very professional and made sure to clean well after install. I will be a repeat customer and can’t wait to get my next project done through them! (Specifics about the photos- I did not want carpet on the stringers as I will be painting them in the future. They informed me well on how to tackle it myself. There’s no baseboards either since I have to get brand new ones.)
