We just had our floors done by Floor Coverings International and found them to be a phenomenal company! The project included flooring for the Kitchen, Family Room, Living Room, Hallway, Guest Bathroom, one Bedroom including the Bedroom closet. The projected time table for the project to be completed was 3 days, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. On Wednesday a crew of 6 arrived at 9:15 AM and left at 5:58 PM after having completed the job in ONE DAY!!! Their attention to detail was incredible. They were thorough, professional and efficient. I highly recommend this company for any and all of Your flooring needs.

Patrick was helping us through the process of switching out our carpet for vinyl plank flooring. Patrick was extremely attentive to our needs and even available after normal business hours to answer my questions on the phone. And since I work the night shift, it was very convenient for me. We had about 700 or so square feet of work that needed to be done, and it took about 3.5 days to complete. The installer found some issues underneath the carpet that needed to be fixed, and Patrick took the time to explain what needed to be fixed and why in order to have a good, stable floor. After the flooring was installed, there were a couple of minor issues I was able to point out with the flooring. Patrick had the installer return and fix whatever issues I had. I had a great experience with Floor Coverings Intl. and would recommend them to anyone looking to have their floors done.

Our experience was great right from the beginning! Patrick was a huge help every step of the way and took the time to show us all our options and what would work with our budget! The install crew was quick but did such a great job and the carpets look awesome! Very pleased with our new carpets!

Patrick, our Design Consultant, was very knowledgeable and made good recommendations for our 2 bathroom floors. There was no pressure regarding the job or price. For the work done the price was good. The installers were easy to work with and they did a great job. We needed additional work done on our subfloor and the installers handled it like pros. We are so happy we went with Danny and Patricia. At first we weren’t sure since they were referred to us by our Insurance Company but after speaking and meeting with them on separate occasions they made us feel very comfortable as their goal was to make our home feel complete again. They both heard us out on what we wanted and they executed not only the flooring but the damage that was also done in our bathroom and bedroom from a slab leak. Their whole crew that worked on our home for about 2 weeks were punctual, professional, polite , communicative and very efficient . We couldn’t be happier with the finished reconstruction.
