Originally had a poor job by a crew they apparently let go but were very conscientious about following up with an excellent crew that did an outstanding job of matching the rest of our bamboo flooring. Very happy with them making good and couldn’t be happier with the final result.

We recarpeted our house, replacing 17 year old carpets. The whole experience was fantastic. Natalie walked us through the whole process, picking colors, padding, and accommodating our schedule. The install team was very efficient, working from early morning into the evening. They moved our furniture and returned it to the proper location. Natalie visited each day to make sure it was all going well. The finished carpeting is fantastic, with great color and deep cushion of wadding makes it a joy to walk barefoot. I highly recommend Floor Coverings International.

Good experience getting two rooms carpeted in Lake Las Vegas. Good showroom in Henderson to pick samples, easy to order and pay remotely, and the install person communicated well and sent pics of installed carpet.

This company I found on thumbtack, I did used them and I was satisfied with. I would strongly recommend this company. They will not try to beat you over the head with enormous price tag. Try them out give me a try and see for yourself!!!!!

Sam and his team were absolutely fantastic to work with from start to finish! I had several contractors come out to the house to provide estimates, but Sam was by far the most thorough, the most patient, and the most helpful. He walked me through the entire process, ordered samples for me to keep on hand while I decided, answered every question I had, and even came out on installation day to check on the crew and make sure everything was going well. Speaking of which… Sam’s crew was beyond top-notch— from the three guys who worked non-stop in blistering heat, moving appliances, tearing out layer after layer of old flooring, and laying down the new laminate planks, to Erik, the project manager who was not only a master of quality control, but also came back out after hours to fix a DIY plumbing error made by the previous owners that resulted in a small leak in the kitchen during the demolition phase. The guys even came back out a week after the job was finished to replace a damaged plank that was missed during the final walk-through. Seriously, I can’t imagine any other company would have gone to the lengths that these guys did to make sure I was comfortable with the process and happy with my new floors. I honestly can’t recommend Sam and his team enough. Oh, and the floors look spectacular!!!

If you are thinking of flooring, please think no further than Floor Coverings International in Cherry Hill, NJ. I needed to replace wall to wall carpet with hard floors. Once I contacted them, I got an appointment for a home evaluation. Mr. John Schiavo arrived on time and provided me with all the information I needed to make a decision. The samples he brought were more than enough for me to consider. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and professional--everything you would want in a product representative. We put in an order and later scheduled the installation date. Milton and Joelle also arrived on time. They were true craftsmen and very neat. The end result is stunning. The staff at the office when I called were always friendly and helpful. Thank you FCI!

Nothing but good praises for this company. They replaced floors in 3 large rooms, a bathroom, two closets and a hallway. They moved the furniture and put it back when done. And even fixed a soft spot in the bathroom. I will definately recommend them.
