I hired this company to carpet my stairs and master bedroom. The owner Dan ordered 2 pieces one piece at a time over 3 weeks. 12x15 and 12x14.7. The job required 484 sq. feet. The first piece confused installler who did not even know about the stairs or details of the job. Then wanting to try patching the job together with 2nd piece with 134 sq. feet missing and 180 sq. feet of padding on second attempt. After a month of waiting and living with my room half empty, they left stairs a hazzard and my bathroom.and closet full. The second attempt was the end of my good will and told him he did not know what he is doing and I was done waiting. He was not capable of the job. Now he refuses to refund my money he feels I should pay for the carpet he screwed up ordering when they.could not have been used in my home. Court will decide this. Also they put the terms and conditions on the back of the quote without pointing this out to a customer. Was looking for a local business which screwed me. Back to home depot. Instead of owning his mistakes he lied, hid what he did and wants to dump his screw up on me? Hope this keeps it from happening to you.

Absolutely wonderful experience working with Floor Coverings International! Cara was stellar to work with, and she was able to make this project happen on very short notice. We had family visiting for the holidays and needed to urgently replace very old carpet in the living room. Cara and her team were able to schedule the install that week, and it was fully installed in just a few hours. The installers were professional, courteous, and communicated throughout the process. The quality of the carpet is far and above what we were considering at a big box store, and for a much more affordable price. We look forward to working with them in the future, and highly recommend them for any flooring projects. Especially happy to support a local business with warm and knowledgeable staff!
