I’d give 10 stars if that was an option! It’s always a pleasure working on flooring transformations with the team at FCI. They are easy to schedule for measurements and pricing. They show up on time and complete the installation within the proposed timeframe. They are my go to for carpet & vinyl tile installation. Ashley and Ben are very helpful and always provide excellent customer service when choosing a product. Kyle always sends me an update and photos when the project is completed. Our clients are always pleased with their work!

There are action-comedies currently airing on Netflix that are shorter in duration than the "conversation" Ben L. had with one of our clients, (conversation being a one-sided soliloquy to which Ben was forced to listen). They made the client happy, so that's a win all around.

They did an amazing job restoring my original wood floors! There were a lot of sections that needed repairs it was pretty bad. They did such a good job you can't even tell what was replaced. I love the finish and color that I ended up with. I recommended them to my clients in Long Beach and they can't stop talking about how beautiful their floors look. I will continue to recommend FCI to all of my friends, family, and clients. 5 STARS!!!!!
