Ashley is proud to lead the FCI Long Beach team. She lives with her husband and 2 sons in Long Beach, CA. Ashley’s career journey began with a solid foundation laid at the University of Washington, where she honed her skills and passion for business. This led her to pursue an MBA in entrepreneurship from Pepperdine, refining her expertise and vision.
As a family-owned small business, customer service is at the center of everything FCI Long Beach does.
Beyond business, Ashley is deeply rooted in her community of Long Beach, CA and its surrounding cities. She takes pride in building community in the city she loves and can be found on the weekends swimming in the ocean on the Peninsula, paddleboarding through Naples Canals, or riding bikes with her kids around El Dorado Park.
Ben is the Design Associate for the FCI Long Beach team. Originally from Alabama, he moved to Southern California two years ago and now lives with his partner, Macey, and their two kids.
Before joining FCI, Ben built houses for over 15 years in Alabama and earned his degree in Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship from The University of Alabama.
When he’s not helping clients, Ben enjoys cooking, eating, and traveling. You’ll often find him on the court playing basketball, tennis, or pickleball, embracing his love for staying active.
Natalia is thrilled to share her expertise and passion in her role as Office Manager at FCI Long Beach! She lives in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, with her boyfriend and their adorable, playful puppy, Rufus. Natalia's career started with a strong background in civil engineering, which she has leveraged in various leadership positions, including an impressive six years as a general manager in the construction industry.
When she’s not working, you can find Natalia enjoying walks with Rufus, discovering new spots in her city, or planning her next adventure. She recently had a fantastic time in Punta Cana, and she's excited about an upcoming trip to Colombia! Whether she’s managing a project or spending quality time with friends and family, Natalia approaches everything she does with warmth and enthusiasm.
Kyle is FCI Long Beach’s Production Manager. He has spent 20 years in customer service – the last nine years of which were spent managing construction projects, primarily in the high-end custom flooring world. He takes pride in problem-solving and finds great satisfaction in delivering projects that exceed his clients’ expectations.
In his free time, Kyle enjoys watching Formula 1, endurance racing, and football. He also loves reading, gaming with friends, and listening to music. A true animal lover, he’s both a cat and dog person.
