I highly recommend Floor coverings International-Flagstaff. From the in-home visit/consultation to the finished installation was a great experience. All my questions were answered as I was trying to determine what type of flooring to put in. I was removing carpet and vinyl that was 20+ years old for about 700 sq. ft. of coverage (living room , dining room, kitchen and 1/2 bathroom). Tom brought samples and options, and provided a quote that was accurate (and reasonable). He outlined the options for payment, as well as the time line from accepting the quote to start and finish of the project. John the installer was phenomenal. He updated his progress regularly via text and photos. I appreciated that we did not have to move or remove any of our furniture during the installation. Our project manager and the owner James were also very easy to work with answering all our questions during the process. We are exceptionally pleased with the finished project.

After checking out our options we decided to go with FCI, liking the carpet, but also, due to their good reviews. Though there was a delay in receiving the shipment, when Randy arrived he and AJ worked hard and did a fantastic installation.

Large selection, helpful staff but no pressure about making a decision and good prices. The installation crew was very competent and cleaned up well when they were done getting everything back in place. In all Floor Coverings International Flagstaff deserves more than 5 stars and I would recommend them without hesitation.

Flagstaff's Floor Coverings, International is truly a gem amongst flooring companies. We had a five-room project to complete with the removal of old carpeting and replacement with wood grain tile and fancy wood grain laminate. Our interaction with the person creating the estimate and supplies amounts was wonderful. He was personable, knowledgeable and accurate. The floor room salesperson was delightful...she gave us space to browse, but she was ever-present for needs. The owner was present (coming to review the work being done and did a final walk-through), honest and worked to assure that our needs were met. The actual floor layers were fantastic...each showing integrity, professionalism, amazing clean-up, and assistance in moving furniture back in place after the floors were ready. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful outcome for this endeavor, and we highly recommend this fine company to any who might be seeking floor coverings. Prices were competitive and fair. Thank you, Floor Coverings Int. !!!

Wonderful company and a superior staff. Tom and Michelle have been so helpful and my new flooring, laminate, carpet, tile.... all make my new house look fabulous. They have a great staff of installers. I highly recommend them if you need flooring of any type.
