This company did a fantastic job on my floors! Bonnie and Payton were great to work with from the start! Brian did an outstanding job on the hardwood, John and Grek did the LVP with precision and Roberto worked tirelessly on the carpet.. I highly recommend!

The team was great to work with. Bonnie was quick to get us an estimate on our hardwood floors and tile backsplash. Payton was great to inform us when and what time to expect workers to show up. Victor did a great job with our new hardwoods and matching our original hardwood color. Jefferson completed our kitchen with a beautiful marble backsplash. They were quick and cleaned up everyday they were on the job. I will definitely be using this team again in the future.

I’m so happy with the work that Floor Coverings International did on our stairs! Payton was the project manager and he was super responsive and helpful. His response time was super quick and he gave me detailed answers to my questions. The guys who did the work, Grek, John and Roberto were awesome and worked super hard to get the job done beautifully. We are planning to have them do more work on the rest of our floors and I can’t wait to see the finished product.

2nd time I've used this company for a rental condo. My key measures of performance were cost, quick installation and minimal effort on my part. They exceeded my expectations on all 3 items. It cost less than I thought it would, installed in under 7 days of my order, and at no point did I have to be present at the property. I was able to do everything over the phone and via email. ---couldn't ask for anything better.- and by the way, the carpet looks great.

We have never done much renovation. When it was necessary, we would do the work. When we decided to rid our sunroom of old, stained carpet, we decided to go with tile. More expensive but durable and pet “proof.” (There’s no such thing…) I decided on Floor Coverings International because they make the process seamless-bringing samples to your door, and they aren’t pushy sales types. 12 months with no interest didn’t hurt…We needed to paint before we could start the work and there was no pressure to fit to their schedule. Payton, our project manager and our wonderful tile artist Alfred, were right on the ball. Hard work, this tile stuff. Exacting if it’s going to be a beautiful addition to a home. That’s what we got. I am thrilled with the look, the workmanship and the fantastic service I got from start to finish. I may have to start looking for more projects…. Uh, oh… I highly recommend this company.
