I am very happy with this company and their work. The customer service is some of the best I have ever experienced. Karen was the rep I worked with and she is honestly one of the main reasons why I chose this company over others. They have a great PowerPoint presentation that is very informative. Their prices are fair and competitive. I also loved their “mobile showroom” that provided hundreds, if not thousands, of carpet options and colors. Karen provided same-day quotes for multiple carpet options, and she was quick to respond to all my emails. They guarantee their work, and came back when I had a few small issues. The issues were fixed in a timely and professional matter! I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone!

Our experience was handled expertly from start to finish. Caren gave us gave us great advice and guidance on selecting our flooring and made sure everything we needed was there. Oscar and Fernando worked hard to repair our stairs, demo the carpet in our bedroom and install our beautiful vinal floors in the bedroom and hall. Mario did an expert job carpeting the stairs. A lot of people worked together to make sure our needs were met. Owner Mark Chapman even stopped by to make sure everything was going well! We are very happy! I gladly recommend Floor Coverings International, Mission Viejo to anyone needing beautiful flooring and a hassle free experience.

I really enjoyed this company, we had a few people come out to give estimates and we are so glad we chose Floor Coverings International! Renee was awesome and I loved how personal everything was compared to other companies we considered. Within hours of confirming, I had the owner contacting me, thanking me and sending over virtual videos to show how the process would go. The workmanship of how the floors turned out was spectacular! We all loved the job they did and how timely everything was accomplished. The workers were friendly and clean. Overall great experience!

I highly recommend this company. Extremely professional and over the top customer service. Besides coming to my home to show samples, there way multiple communications advising me of next steps. Then sales rep (owner) came to introduce me to installers and after job completed owner came back to check in to make sure all was to my satisfaction. Best service ever. Product was more than I expected as well (new feature of carpet) and installers took extreme care when moving my furniture and also cleaned up after install. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

My flooring was done in 1 day and looks terrific! The workers were very efficient and respectful. I was given a quote for the total cost of the job, but was unable to get specifics broken down regarding cost of materials versus labor. When asked, I was given the total quote. I decided to go ahead with the work and was not disappointed. However, this made it difficult to get comparable figures. In the end, a job well done.

We had an amazing experience with Floor Coverings Int'l!!! Mark was awesome introducing the company and walking us through the process of installing new flooring, we felt it was a match right away!! The flooring guys Oscar & Fernando were the BEST!!! They were very patient & professional and added special touches that really made us happy!!! I had a fantastic experience! Mark helped us decide on the perfect carpet which could not of turned out better. The install process was smooth and seamless. They took my furniture apart and put it back together the right way in a timely fashion. I could not recommend them enough!

Mark is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Our carpet had to be ordered, but it came quickly, and the full house carpeting was scheduled immediately and completed in two days. We had some tricky install work on the stairs that could have gone better, but everything else looks great!

And the Oscar goes to …. Well, if there is Academy Award for flooring my vote truly goes to Floor Coverings International for great carpet installation, artistic performance and amazing speed ! The scenario: Old carpet in my house in Rancho Santa Margarita had to be replaced, stairs and whole second floor badly needed to be refreshed and were screaming about it for years, so I finally listen, did my research, numerous trips to Lowe’s, looking online but everything was not good enough price wise or installation performance, especially at Lowe’s where you don’t know what kind of contractor installers you gonna get, it could be Good Bad and Ugly… Then I went with my best friend Yelp and found Floor Coverings International and fantastic reviews about company so I called and couple days later Mark came driving his Mobil showroom full of carpet samples, and from there everything went just like walk in the park…. Mark quickly and professionally pinpoint the color and style of carpet i liked, measure the stairs and second floor and gave me a price for a beautiful multi color Shaw carpet, beating Lowe’s by about 600 dollars, which wasn’t my first priority, because I was looking more for quality installation, but its nice to have extra 600 dollars still in my pocket Happy End : The installation Day ! Felipé and his son showed up on time , unload huge roll of carpet and start their magical work… And here were experience counts…, I was amazed watching those two guys transforming my old floor to great looking fresh carpet extravaganza ! ! ! Felipé has 30 years experience in the business, he even knew that my house was build in 1996 , doing flooring at Coto de Caza around my area. Those guys were fast as lightning, started at 8 am and finished around 1 pm, with not even one dent in existing baseboards of scuffs on the walls , just clean professional AWESOME job. So, and the Oscar goes to Mark, Felipé, his son and everyone in supporting roles at Floor Coverings International ! Bravo Guys ! ! ! Merry Christmas ! ! !
